1. Use of the website

You are responsible for keeping your password and account details confidential, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use.

3. Products and pricing

We take care to describe and photograph every item accurately, though the colour of an amulet on screen may differ slightly from the piece itself. All prices are in Thai Baht and may change without prior notice. Where an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received in full and we have acknowledged it. Payments are handled by a certified payment provider; we do not store your card number on our systems. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.

5. Shipping

Delivery times shown are estimates. Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control are outside our responsibility. For international orders, any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.

6. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item does not match its description or arrived damaged in transit. The item must be returned in its original condition with its packaging and certificate intact. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Amulets and belief

The amulets sold here are objects of faith and cultural value. Any outcome attributed to them is a matter of personal belief. We make no guarantee of results of any kind, whether financial, health-related, or otherwise, and nothing on this site is a substitute for medical or professional advice.

8. Intellectual property

All content, photographs, articles, logos, and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. They may not be copied, altered, or republished commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss connected with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one currently in force, and continuing to use the website after a revision means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
